On the 1st floor, the Eating Rooms (open Thursday - Saturday evening from 5pm) offers an intimate and relaxed space for dining. Serving celebrated dishes cooked by our talented chef Adrian Dragoman — Toonsbridge Burrata & Hairloom Tomato, Crab Spring Rolls, 10oz Dry-Aged Ribeye, and finish with a passion-fruit Crème Brûlée.
